Sell More With Bulk Discounts
Just in time for Black Friday, we've created a new free Shopify app to help you sell more. The Bulk Discounts app lets you:
- Generate a list of single-use discount codes
- Import a list of single-use discount codes
- See how many of those codes have been redeemed
This tool is really useful if you run daily deal promotions on sites like Groupon and Living Social. It is also useful for email promotions sent to get past customers to order from you again.

Shopify 2 Beta Now Available for all Merchants
Shopify 2 is a faster, more intuitive admin panel that makes running your online store even easier. Starting today, you can try out Shopify 2 for yourself by signing in to your store's admin and clicking on the Shopify 2 link.
This new-and-improved version of Shopify has a lot to offer, including:
- A refreshed look-and-feel.
- Lighting-fast speeds.
- A new theme editor.
The classic admin will remain available until Shopify 2 is out of beta (early 2013). If you wish, you can switch between the classic admin and Shopify 2 via the link on your dashboard.
