Java/Agile/TDD/Developer/JavaScript/JUnit/Spring/Hibernate/Oracle/SQL A Java Developer from an Agile and TDD Development background is required for a multi billion pound turnover business in the City of London. Based in the IT Development team the core role will be to provide on-going, end to end development for a range of existing Java applications as well as a new Groovy/Grails framework that has just recently been implemented. In your current role you will be already be involved in continuous integration (Bamboo, Hudson), code quality metrics, and Agile test frameworks. In addition you will already be interpreting software needs and developing new ideas and concepts to fulfil business requirements. This role requires a Hybrid Developer rather than a pure server side specialist. A good understanding of JavaScript/JSON is essential for this role.
