Designation: Personal Private Assistant To Director (Unmarried MALES below 28 years of age ONLY)
The Job: The assignment involves
(i)Handling all official, social & personal work of the Director.
(ii)Handling & keeping record of all important papers, files and documents, correspondence etc.
(iii)Scheduling & remembering all appointments and programs.
(iv)Accompany/Travel with the Director on all Business, Social & Personal Meetings and occasions.
(v) Serve as a Personal Aide of the director during all Official / Personal meetings & Functions
Essential: The applicant should be extremely energetic & have a Good Knowledge of working in MS Office (Word Excel Power Point etc) & ability to handle Emails in bulk Knowledge of 4-wheeler driving is preferred.
Qualification & Experience Required: Experience, Educational background & qualification WILL PLAY ONLY a secondary ROLE in selection.
The criteria for selection: Only demonstrated positive attitude, loyalty, dedication, flexibility & availability of the candidate are necessary. Must have very high integrity, impeccable manners and tolerance. Must be modern in thinking and outlook and must have the will to rise. FRESHERS are MOST preferred & WELCOME. An inclination to do social work for ORPHANED CHILDREN is a MUST as the Director has himself dedicated his life to the cause of orphan, special children & destitute.
