The incumbent will designated as Management Trainee & would be trained and Developed on various functional areas of Business Management over a period of 6-9 months as per the Global Training Module (GTM) followed by an organization for position of business manager.
Job Responsibility:-
LEVEL 1: - SYSTEMS AND CLIENT REPRESENTATION
(MARKETING /SALES/ ADVERTISING/ PROMOTIONS).
LEVEL 2: - DEVELOPMENT INTO A LEADER (HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT)
LEVEL 3: - DEVELOPMENT INTO TEAM LEADER (TRAINING, TEAM DEVELOPMENT & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT)
LEVEL 4: - DEVELOPMENT INTO AN ASST. MANAGER (FINANCE MANAGEMENT)
LEVEL 5: - DEVELOPMENT INTO AN BUSINESS MANAGER (OPERATIONS, CLIENT HANDLING OR BRAND HANDLING)
Key Skills:
a) Flexible in sales/marketing with good presentation and PR skills.
b) Ready to learn and open for different job opening during training which will cover all aspects of management.
c) Independent and creative individual looking for entry in corporate world.
d) Disciplined and hard working candidate who can manage the operations within 6-9 months of training.
CTC would be best in industry as per your degree and experience you have.
NOTE: You are expected to be suitably attired, i.e. formal business wear. Carry one hard copy of your Resume, one passport size photograph and a hard copy of this mail.
