Developer, Java, Object Orientated Programming, Multi-threading, Design Patterns, Strong SQL, Messaging, Portfolio Management tools, Fixed Income, Asset Manager One of the world's leading asset managers are currently investing heavily in technology as it is seen as one of the key drivers of the development of their overall business and is a revenue-generating business in its own right. My client is looking to hire a number of Java developers to work on investment on their central technology platform that will involve working on sophisticated risk analytics and investment systems and to support Front Office investment tools across a range of businesses. Developers are involved in all areas of the software life cycle, from analysis to design. development and implementation and are encouraged to interact with the business on a daily basis to work in a very collaborative and cohesive way.
