Java Developer/Senior Developer -Spring/J2EE/Agile/TDD/jsp/HTML/XML/JavaScript/Multithreading The Role An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a market leader in an award winning organisation with excellent benefits. My client is looking to appoint a hands-on end to end Java Developer to work within the Agile team. You will be responsible for software development from first phase through to testing phase using JUnit testing tools. Experience Required: Handle Server Side development for an n-tier enterprise Java application Be responsible for production of high quality, maintainable code Solve challenging technical problems within distributed environments Design and develop high quality code Technical Skills Required: Core Java development Server Side Enterprise Java (J2EE or Java EE) JSP, XML, XSL and XSLT Spring framework including Spring IOC/JDBC Unit testing frameworks (JUnit) and unit testing practices Concurrent programming and threading Database development eg MongoDB, noSQL Maven, Subversion ActiveMQ/Camel or similar Linux command Shell Working on high-volume websites Embrace agile software engineering practices and tools; TDD, Continuous Integration etc. Understanding of software development life cycle, Agile software design principles and build processes Can deliver results within set deadlines Experience in gaming industry a plus University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field Also Good To Have But Not Essential: RDMBMS HTML5...
