Please read attached document and send your opinion to Justice Verma committee ( justice.verma@nic.in ) to form a new laws regards to safety, security and sanctity of women. This is the best time to convey our Quranic message. Just for your information, in order to resolve this heinous crime, one Sawami proposes having similar law like Saudi Arabia.
