Letter of Intent from Headstrong: JMI

Dear all,

 

Congratulations for becoming a part of Headstrong Family!

 

Please find attached the scanned copy of your Letter of Intent with the date of joining as 13th June, 2011.

Please confirm your joining by 5th May, 2011 failing which it will be assumed that you are not joining and your offer would be withdrawn.

Please ensure following documents are in place on the day of your joining (any missing documents may lead to delay in joining). Joining would be confirmed post submission of all the relevant documents & signed Trainee Service Agreement from you.

 

1.   Print out of duly filled Employment application form (attached)

2.   Print out of your updated CV

3.   Carry all relevant documents mentioned in the Joining Checklist

4.   Trainee Service Agreement attached for your reference. Please go through the same. This has to be signed by you on your date of joining

 

 

PS: Also, if you need Guest House please let us know latest by 5th May, 2011. Guest House Facility is available for 14 days only(for the individual).

There will be no travel reimbursement.

Request for extension of guest house facility will be facilitated but borne by the individual (Rs.1500-1800 per day). Hence, not suggested.

The guest house will be available from Sunday -12th June onwards.

 

Please write back to me for any queries you may have. I will be your single point of contact till your joining Headstrong.
