Your mediclaim e-card is ready to download, please click the Print E-Card option appearing at the top. Its important to take a print of e-cards for future reference. In case you have still not updated your dependant's details (upto two children and spouse) with us, please log a helpdesk ticket at Sapient under CTI > Finance

In case of hospitalisation an intimation is mandatory to send within 24 hours to claimentry@rakshatpa.com with details e.g. Sapient ID, Name, Patient name, relation, Name & address of hospital, date of admission and ailment.

In case of re-imbursement, claim documents must be submitted to Raksha TPA/Helpdesk Representative with in 30 days from date of discharge.

It is essential that you keep your password in safe custody. You may visit us back again for the following services.
