Background Verification and next steps - Sapient Corporation

Greetings for the day!

 

My name is Minal and I am from the Background Screening Team who would be facilitating the set up and completion of your background check process. As you are probably aware, Sapient mandates that all individuals working here (as employees, contractors etc.) needs to go through the background checks, for which the requirements are as follows:

 

·         Highest Attained Education

 

Sapient has engaged with a third party, First Advantage, to perform these background checks. You are requested to treat this mail on utmost priority.

 

The background check process is basically as follows:

 

·         I will open a First Advantage account for each individual.

 

·         You will receive 2 mails from First Advantage on your ID consisting of your unique login credentials (user name and password).

 

·         Ensure to change your password the first time you login keeping in mind the specifications mentioned on the right side of the login screen (easy to remember password e.g.: abcd!@12). In case of any queries related to Password/ User ID, Please send mail to Raman Kumar (Raman.Kumar@fadv.com) or Sonia Mamgain (Sonia.Mamgain@fadv.com).

 

·         Using these login credentials, each individual needs to enter the information of your Highest completed education only along with the Letter of Authorization (please print, read and sign the attached form – as available on the online tool) .

 

·         First Advantage will complete the background check.

 

·         First Advantage will notify me as the background checks are completed and I will review the results and point out any discrepancy else tag the case as clear.

 

We solicit your cooperation in completing this process within the weekend before joining on 14^th November 2011.

 

Please make sure that you upload Final year/ Semester Marksheet for Highest completed education on the basis of which you are hired at Sapient and Manually signed copy of Authorization letter from the candidate (Print it, sign it, scan it and upload it) on CSPI.
