Should be good in English &willing to join immediately Salary – Around 1.8 Lacs Job Description- Profile Name: Business Development Executive (Female Candidates Only) KRA's : • 1st contact with prospect & Cold Calling • Assigning leads to sales management, as well as field sales • Coordinating Meetings with clients and prospects • Generating B2B leads for India, APAC and rest of the world • Partner (peripheral products) Sales Management • Partner development and management and new channel development • Drafting responses to RFI's and Proposals • Preparing reports from CRM data on Performance and sales-related figures • Communicating critical information to clients including, but not limited to AMC status, payments, feedback • Customer Service to a basic extent • Searching the database through different web portals, filtering the data according to different verticals Skills required (necessary):  The concerned person must have good communications skills, and should be able to present information in a meaningful manner to the management.  She must be well-versed with Excel, and other Microsoft tools.  Good knowledge of BPO and/or software industry is a desirable.  Willing to travel/relocate to Gurgaon. Preference of Professional background: • BPO / ITES / CRM experience, specifically Operations (TL, AM) • IT-Software / Software Services / Sales experience Other Comments: 1. Must be proficient in English 2. Must have excellent soft-skills 3. Must have excellent sales and customer management skills 4. Must have good negotiation skills 5.
