The Qualification Round for Google Code Jam 2011 has begun! The round lasts 24 hours, and you can start competing at any time. Contestants need 25 points to advance to the next round. Visit http://code.google.com/codejam to compete.
New tool:
This year we've introduced a new command line tool. Instead of downloading and uploading inputs, outputs and code through an html form, you can use this tool to perform those tasks on the command line. The Qualification Round, because it lasts so long, is a great time to try the tool out. Remember that the tool is in beta, so use it at your own risk. You can find a link to download it from the front page.
