Respected  Sir,

Pls find attached the itinerary of our selection process which is scheduled on  Jan
 4, 5 , 2011 . sharing a brief of the process for your reference:

Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 70% or 7.0 CGPA on a scale of 10

The event plan will be as follows:

Day I:  Jan 4,2011

Student assembly at the venue: 9.30 AM (Sharp)
 
Pre-placement Talk-   10:00 AM

Written Test- 11:00 AM  to 2:00 PM Written Test

Written Test Result Declaration: 4.00 PM (students should assemble by 3:30 PM)

Group Interview from 4:00 PM onwards
 
Day II:   Jan 5, 2011

Technical Interviews  from 9.00 AM onwards followed by remaining group interviews

The following arrangement is required from your side for smooth functioning of the
event.

 1.       Audio & video arrangement for pre placement talk

2.        12 rooms for Technical Interview

3.       1 common room for HR to coordinate the activities

4.       1 big room where minimum 12 students can be accommodated in semi-circle for
 conducting group interview

5.       All the rooms need to be on the same floor

6.       All the students should be carrying ID card alongwith one passport size
photograph during the test process. Students w/o the same will not be allowed to
 appear for the test

7.       Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones during the test

8.       Students who clear the written test need to carry one passport size
photograph along with resume
