Since the certificate is from New Delhi , it is mandatory that the candidate has to be present for taking HRD......
After HRD is done we can do the rest procedures as required by you...............
Also please note that for getting Saudi Embassy attestation Original offer letter duly attested by the MOFA and Chamber of Commerce from Saudi has to be submitted......
