The information provided is insufficient for us to check. We request you to give us your PNR No. with IRCTC  so that we may pursue the matter.

In conjunction with above statement we would like to pass one information that if you face any problem in E-tickets like cancellation & Online **TDR** Filing then you have to send mail to etickets@irctc.co.in from registered e-mail id and apart from these query **for booking related general queries like refund, ERS, online booking etc. **please send mail to care@irctc.co.in.
We hope from the next time you will follow the same. *

I booked e ticket but dint receive SMS as usual after finally booked confirmation page.

Also after 2 dayz I tried  'get sms'  but still I couldnt get the sms.

Please look into it as its required.
