Statement Online now comes to you in an all-new PDF format
that gives you some great benefits.

Security
A unique password is assigned to you, which is the first 4
letters of your name as it is embossed on your card (please
look at your Credit Card) followed by your date of birth
(in DDMM format). For e.g.
If your name as it appears on your card is
Dr. K. Gupta
and the date of birth is
01-02-1969, then your password will be
'DRKG0102'.

Please remember that the password is not case sensitive and
do no include any special characters in the password

For Citibank World Money Card Customers
Please use the first four characters of your name as it is
provided to us and the date of birth in DDMM format. Please
login to https://www.citibank.co.in or call CitiPhones to
know more about the name that has been provided to us.

Ease of use -- Besides looking neater and clearer, your PDF
statement allows for easy download and printing as well.

Archives -- Your statements can be saved and archived for
future reference.

Year-end physical statement -- At the end of each financial year,
we will send you a physical statement for the month of March
for auditing purposes.
