You have to enter the cif number as your user id and password last changed by you on 4/1/2012. If you have forgotten the password, please approach branch and submit the request. branch will be able to provide you new password within 3 or 4 working days.

I am not able to login to my Net banking account using my user id and password i remember.

it says "Enter correct User name and Password"

However, my username is correct and password i remember is correct.
